Terms and Conditions — Spades After Dark™

All attendees must be 25 years or older. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.

Spades After Dark™ reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet age requirements or fails to comply with event policies.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued unless the event is canceled.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by event organizers.

Team entry includes two (2) players. All team information must be submitted accurately at the time of registration.

Spades After Dark™ reserves the right to adjust brackets, matchups, or structure as needed to ensure smooth tournament operations.

All participants must follow the official tournament rules outlined on the website.

Any form of cheating, collusion, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

All rulings made by event staff are final.

Respectful behavior is required at all times.

Violators may be removed from the event without refund.

This is a 25+ mature environment. Music, alcohol, and a high-energy atmosphere will be present.

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and safety.
